Bradley Clouse, 33, of Richmond, Remembered After Fatal Workplace Machinery Incident in Berea, Kentucky

Bradley Clouse, 33, of Richmond, died Wednesday morning, September 2, 2026, after a machine-related workplace incident at the Astemo Americas plant on Mayde Road in Berea, Kentucky.

The Madison County Coroner’s Office responded to the manufacturing facility, where Bradley was found deceased.

Madison County Coroner Jimmy Cornelison identified Bradley and confirmed the loss to the Richmond community.

The Berea Police Department and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration continue to review the circumstances of the incident.

Bradley’s passing has brought deep sorrow to family, coworkers, loved ones, and others who knew and valued Bradley’s life.
