Jeff Nattans, Calvert Hall Board Chair And Maryland Soccer Hall Of Fame Member, Dies In Towson At 59
Jeff Nattans, a devoted Calvert Hall College High School alumnus, Board of Trustees Chair, and respected local sports figure, died on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 59.
Nattans graduated with Calvert Hall’s Class of 1985 after excelling in soccer and basketball, earning admiration for steady leadership, discipline, and humility.
At Loyola University Maryland, Nattans earned an accounting degree summa cum laude, started four years in soccer, co-captained basketball as a senior, and received the 1989 Northeast Conference Senior Scholar-Athlete of the Year honor and an NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship.
Nattans later helped the Maryland Bays win a national championship in 1990 and entered the Maryland Soccer Hall of Fame in 2008.
After earning an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1996, Nattans built a strong finance career with Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, Legg Mason, Franklin Templeton, Sagamore Ventures, and Black Diamond Financial.
Nattans also served Loyola University Maryland, Catholic Charities of Baltimore, the Knott Scholarship Funds, and Calvert Hall with lasting dedication.
