Bruce Sebastian Cruz, 36, Remembered In Houston With Memorial Services Scheduled For September 4 And 5, 2026
The Houston community remembers Bruce Sebastian Cruz, born November 18, 1989, after Bruce passed away on August 25, 2026, at age 36.
Family members, friends, and others connected to Bruce are invited to share condolences and honor a life that touched many people in meaningful ways.
Bruce was preceded in passing by sibling Cat Adam Villarreal and grandparents Paula Villarreal, Alfred Cruz, Sr., and Annie Cruz.
Bruce leaves parents David Cruz and Eva Martinez, siblings David Cruz, Jonathan Cruz, Paula Garcia, Kristie Hernandez, Vivian Cabrera, and Dominique Cruz, grandfather Catarino Villarreal, and many other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation will take place Friday, September 4, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Compean Funeral Home, 2102 Broadway St, Houston, TX 77012.
A celebration of life follows there from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with a funeral service on Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM and burial from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, 6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023.
