Kai Joon Hays, 21, of El Dorado, Kansas, Remembered Ahead of September 5, 2026 Celebration of Life in Wichita
Kai Joon Hays of El Dorado, Kansas, passed away on August 26, 2026, at the age of 21.
Born on May 31, 2005, Kai leaves a meaningful legacy among family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected with care and affection.
Kai was preceded in passing by grandparents Dr. Paul and Doris Uhlig, James and Mary Ann Hays, and nephew Miles Hull.
Kai is remembered by parents Lori Hays and Kevin Hays, siblings Jordan, Connor, Zoe, Mia, Ema, Adi, Leo, Victoria, and Asa, along with one niece, two nephews, eleven cousins, and many aunts, uncles, extended family members, and friends.
A celebration of life will take place Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E 13th St N, Wichita, KS 67206.
Memorial donations may be directed to Shriners Hospitals for Children in St. Louis, Missouri, or Flint Hills Assisted Living in El Dorado, Kansas.
